Bugs are never fun, and we are working diligently to squash any bugs that may be plaguing you in Legends of Runeterra. But! If you find one, chances are it’s pestering other players as well, so we encourage you to report it!
Click Submit a Ticket, and choose the option to report a bug. While reporting, please do your best to include the following information if possible:
- What were you doing leading up to the issue?
- For example “I summoned a unit from my hand” or “I buffed the unit with Chain Vest.” Anything you can remember helps!
- Which cards were involved in the interaction prior to the problem?
- Were you able to play through the bug, or did you have to reset the game to continue?
At times, support may request a particular log from your machine to diagnose issues further.
